In 1961 have been manufactered 10 Gold and 20 Silver Stars by a famous Goldsmith shop in Sofia by Painter - Hagiographer Nikolay Rostovtsev

First Knight of The Order of Saint Ivan Rilski became Patriarch Cyrill.

At the back of the medal is written "Patriarch of Bulgaria" in the primitive (first type) Bulgarian and not at the contemporary.
