Frixos Aristeus (1879 - 1951) was a Greek painter. He was born in Athens on February 8, 1879.In 1892 he entered the Athens School of Fine Arts with teachers Volonakis, Prosalentis, Roilo, Georgios Vroutos and Nikiforos Lytras. He continued his studies in Munich at the Bavarian Academy of Fine Arts with teacher Nikolaos Gyzis. After a short stay in Italy he returned to Greece in 1901 and settled in Athens.
