Nikos Tselemente's "Cooking Guide" began publication in April 1910 as a monthly magazine. Later, in 1932, he published his first cookbook.

This volume is extremely rare and consists of the first and second years of the magazine "Cooking Guide" (No. 1, April 1910 - No. 24, March 1912).

It shows wear and tear that do not alter the overall picture.

(It is worth noting that it belonged to Titos I. Dambergis)
